Richard Kanak and his men at Anchor Construction provide customers with a job well done at a reasonable price. They have done many jobs at my house, from adding a sunroom to taking a bathroom down to the studs and rebuilding it. Rich offers great suggestions, and will honor your requests. They take pride in their work, and it shows. Honest, trustworthy, professional-and very nice to deal with. Highly recommended!

Earlier this year Anchor Construction performed construction services at our home that included the installation of new windows and a kitchen renovation.

We have used Anchor in the past; they replaced our roof a few years back and constructed a new exterior deck.

Our experience with this company has always been 100% positive. Each and every craftsman who performed work on our home was competent, professional and courteous. The work was performed according to the estimates and on time.

Moreover, the multiple trades mastered by Anchor Construction make them a great choice to build projects that require close coordination between carpentry, finish, plumbing and electrical work.

I hired Anchor Construction in 2011 to build an addition to my home, and was very pleased with the result. The quality of their work is outstanding and their work ethic and professionalism is exceptional. I have subsequently hired them annually for other projects: window and door replacement, roofing, foundation repair and minor construction. Last year I presented Rich with an idea for a new patio which would incorporate a pergola. His expertise in helping me design it and Mike's expertise in construction, along with their hard working crew, made the idea a reality. I had hired several home renovation companies in the past, however, Anchor Construction is the only one I wish to have work on my home in the future.

My relationship with Anchor Construction began about 10 years ago when I was looking to remodel a bathroom. They were the only ones that listened to what I wanted the end product to be. Over the next few years I called on them again to do smaller projects such as installing entrance doors and building closets. Two years ago they painlessly gave me the kitchen of my dreams. Rich, Mike and their crew are always on time, courteous, respectful of your home and good listeners. My husband has nicknamed them Topnotch because as far as we are concerned there is no one better.

I highly recommend Anchor Construction. I've used these guys for a variety of jobs, most recently, they remodeled my 2.5 baths. They were outstanding. Their bid was not the least expensive, but the value they brought to the project was immeasurable. They took our vision and knew exactly what tweaks to make in order for everything to work perfectly. They were highly respectful of our time and space, working with the least disruption to our family. And the quality is top notch - the attention to the smallest details is really what makes the rooms "pop." Like I said, these guys have done other work, my front porch, my back patio, and now my bathrooms, and each time I'm more and more impressed with their work. Anchor Construction repaired damaged exterior elements of my house in a material that will be long-lasting as well as beautiful. They also painted parts of the front of my house. They did a fantastic job; were thorough; cleaned up promptly and efficiently and were very cordial. Would recommend them for any work.
